Over 20 years experience related to design, cost estimating, and construction project management of commercial facilities.

Four years experience in the residential construction field.  Activities include, project management of custom home projects, cost estimating, design review, grading plan development, and septic system design.

Jim lives in Valley Center with his wife Sue.
